Interior arrangement of the Warsaw Apartment

The apartment is a private flat located in a residential building in the Warsaw Downtown district. It consists of a spacious living room combined with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a practical wardrobe, a private bathroom, a balcony with a view of the downtown and a utility room with laundry. The total surface area at your disposal is 40 m2. The floors in the apartment are made of wood, which makes it easier to keep warm. The apartment is equipped with heating and air-conditioning systems.

Sleeping space in the apartment

We have furnished the cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, which provides space for one couple. In the seating area, there is a sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping space. These furnishings ensure comfortable accommodation for up to four adults.

Downtown housing conditions

Our apartments are adapted to the requirements of families with children. We also accept the fact that some guests would like to travel with their pet. However, in this case, guests will be required to bear the cost of any unforeseen damage that may result from the presence of their pets.

The apartment is not intended to be used to organise noisy events or parties. Guests are kindly asked to keep moderate silence while respecting good neighbourly rules. The night quiet time in the building starts at 10.00 p.m.

The apartment has a strict ban on smoking tobacco products. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside the living space.
